Application lodgement
Once the party has an acceptable tentative registered name and all the required documents and forms, it may lodge an application for registration.
Parties may lodge all the supporting documentation and forms by any of the following methods:

Initial assessment
An initial assessment will be conducted to confirm that all relevant documents, forms and information have been received.
If the application is incomplete, the party will have 14 days to provide the required documents. If no documents are provided during this period, the NSW Electoral Commissioner may refuse to register the party.
The party may lodge an amended application within 30 days of the decision to refuse to register the party.
If the initial assessment of the application is satisfactory, the secretary of the party will be advised that the application has been received and no additional documents or information will be accepted from the party until the NSW Electoral Commissioner makes the decision whether to register the party.
