-
the lobbyist (or an individual so engaged) ceases to be eligible to be registered in the Register of Third-party Lobbyists
-
in the case of a third-party lobbyist, the lobbyist fails to update the information in the Register of Third-party Lobbyists when required to do so
-
in the case of a third-party lobbyist, the lobbyist no longer carries on the business of lobbying, and/or
-
in the case of an individual engaged to undertake lobbying for a third-party lobbyist, the individual is no longer so engaged.
If a registered third-party lobbyist wishes to cancel their registration, the responsible officer of the lobbyist must send a written request to the lobbyist inbox.
The Lobbyist register includes the details of registered third-party lobbyists whose registration has been suspended or cancelled.
The registered details of a third-party lobbyist are retained on the register for two years after a registration has been cancelled.
