View disclosures
Since 1 July 2008, the NSW Electoral Commission has been required by law to publish details of political donations and electoral expenditure disclosed by political parties, elected members, candidates, political donors and others.
The NSW Electoral Commission proactively publishes certain details of political donations and electoral expenditure that were disclosed prior to 1 July 2008.
Copies of the disclosure forms made to the NSW Electoral Commission are available via the search and view links below, or for inspection during office hours. Copies of disclosures and claims are published as PDFs, and for privacy reasons the names of some individuals have been redacted, where it appears the individual is not a candidate or political participant.

These disclosures apply to political donations made and received and electoral expenditure incurred during a relevant 12-month or six-month period by political parties, elected members, candidates, groups, third-party campaigners and major political donors. Note: third-party campaigners’ disclosures have only been required since the financial year 2010-2011. Third-party campaigners and major political donors are only required to disclose political donations made of $1,000 or more. |

Disclosures prior to 1 July 2008 were required to be made by parties, groups, candidates and donors. Parties and groups were required to disclose following each general election. Candidates and donors were required to disclose following each general election or by-election (as applicable). |
