Expenditure caps for the 2024 NSW Local Government by-elections
The expenditure caps listed apply to electoral expenditure incurred between 30 September 2024 and 23 November 2024 for the Berrigan Shire Council, Cowra Shire Council, Junee Shire Council and Lachlan Shire Council - E Ward by-elections.
For the Mid-Western Regional Council by-election on 7 December 2024, the applicable cap applies from 11 October 2024 to 7 December 2024. Also listed are the number of enrolled electors in each area or ward used to determine the applicable caps for the area or ward.
