Reminders are emailed ahead of each disclosure lodgement period.

If your contact details change, such as your email address, please let us know by email (fdc@elections.nsw.gov.au) so you receive future reminders.

There are 2 remaining disclosure obligations for candidates who were not elected:

• Half-year political donations disclosure for the period 1 July to 31 December 2024. Disclosures can be lodged from 1 January 2025 to 11 February 2025.
• Annual electoral expenditure disclosure for the period 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025. Disclosures can be lodged from 1 July 2025 to 22 September 2025.
• A lead candidate of a group must also lodge these disclosures on behalf of the group.
• If no donations were received/made or expenditure incurred a ‘Nil’ disclosure is required to be lodged.

Disclosure forms will be available from 1 January 2025 for the half-year political donation disclosure period.

The annual expenditure disclosure form will be available from 1 July 2025.

Alternatively you can lodge disclosures online using Funding and Disclosure Online. We encourage you to request access to the portal now if you don’t already have access. You can log into Funding and disclosure online to begin preparing all your disclosures in readiness for the lodgement period.

Disclosure forms can only be submitted after the applicable disclosure period, and during the lodgement period which is prescribed in the legislation. Please refer to the key dates.
