Enrol to vote
An election will be held for Junee Shire Council on Saturday, 23 November 2024 to fill one Councillor position.
Residents of the Junee Shire local government area
You must enrol to vote if you are an Australian citizen who is 18 years old or older and have lived in the Junee Shire local government area for at least one month.
To update your enrolment details online, or to download an enrolment form, visit the Australian Electoral Commission website or call 13 23 26.
All voters on the electoral roll for Junee Shire as at 6pm Monday, 14 October 2024 will be included on the residential roll for the election. Voting is compulsory.
Non-residential rolls of owners, occupiers and ratepaying lessees of rateable land in the Junee Shire local government area
If you are an owner, rate-paying lessee, or occupier of rateable land in the Junee Shire local government area, you or a nominee may be entitled to be enrolled on the roll of non-resident owners of rateable land or the roll of occupiers and rate-paying lessees for this election.
Details of the eligibility criteria and enrolment claim forms may be obtained from Junee Shire Council.
The enrolment form must be completed and lodged with Junee Shire Council by 6pm Monday, 14 October 2024.
If you were on a non-residential roll for the previous election, or if you need to update your details, contact Junee Shire Council to check that your enrolment is still current.
