Election results: City of Ryde (West Ward) by-election

The results of City of Ryde (West Ward) councillor by-election held on Saturday, 15 October 2022 are now available on the NSW Electoral Commission website.

Five candidates nominated to fill the casual vacancy arising from the resignation of Councillor Jerome Laxale.

Results, election metrics, and an explanation of the counting process can be found at elections.nsw.gov.au.

NSW Electoral Commissioner John Schmidt said the counting process was conducted in the weeks following the election and has now concluded.

“Today we can officially announce the election of Justin Li to represent the West Ward in the City of Ryde,” he said.
