Counting schedules and results information for the 2017 Local government elections

Results will be available from after 6pm, Saturday 9 September 2017 on the NSW Electoral Commission website.

Information on the counting schedule and count locations can be found on the NSW Electoral Commission website.

It is anticipated that all counts will be completed and results declared by the close of business Saturday, 16 September.

Not all NSW councils are having elections. To see if your council is having an election and whether you need to vote call 1300 135 736.

Maitland council is conducting its own election. Enquiries should be directed to the council: Election funding enquiries for all councils should be directed to the NSW Electoral Commission.
