Early voting opens Saturday: Mid-Western Regional Council by-election  

Early voting (pre-poll) for the Mid-Western Regional Council by-election opens on Saturday 30 November, for eligible electors.  

Voting is compulsory. If you are eligible to vote in NSW and on the roll in the Mid-Western Regional Council local government area, you must vote.   

Electors can pre-poll in this by-election on Saturday, 30 November and then Monday, 2 December to Friday, 6 December at the following locations: 

  • Gulgong CWA Hall - 80 Herbert Street, Gulgong
  • Mid-Western Council Branch Office, Rylstone 
  • St Johns Anglican Hall - 2 Church Street, Mudgee

Pre-poll hours of operation are: 

  • Saturday, 30 November: 9am – 6pm 
  • Monday, 2 December – Wednesday, 4 December: 8:30am – 5:30pm 
  • Thursday, 5 December: 8:30am – 8pm 
  • Friday, 6 December: 8:30am – 6pm
