Commencing at the intersection of Ropes Creek and the Main Western Railway: and bounded thence by that railway, generally easterly to the southern prolongation of Belmore Avenue; by that prolongation and avenue, northerly, Woodstock Avenue, a line, Schiller Place, a line, and Copeland Road, north-westerly, Bougainville Road, generally westerly, Luxford Road, north-easterly and Palmyra Avenue, generally north-westerly, Stoney Creek Road, northerly to the western prolongation of the southern boundary of Lot 1, DP 447543; by that prolongation, boundary and the southern boundaries of Lot 49, DP 262886, Lot 481, DP 634363 and Lot1, DP 792478 and its prolongation, easterly to Richmond Road; by that road, generally south-easterly to Eastern Creek; by that creek and Bungarribee Creek, upwards to Walters Road; by that road, southerly and Great Western Highway, south-easterly to the north-eastern prolongation of the generally north-western boundary of Lot 19, DP 819317; by that prolongation and boundary, generally south-westerly, the north-eastern and eastern boundaries of Lot 21, DP 819317, south-easterly and southerly, the eastern boundaries of Lots 25, 23 and 20, DP 819317 and their prolongation, southerly to the Western Motorway; by that motorway, generally westerly and Ropes Creek, aforesaid; and by that creek downwards to the point of commencement.
