Commencing at the intersection of the generally southern boundary of Maitland City Council, gazetted 27th November 1959, and the New England Highway: and bounded thence by part of that boundary, generally westerly, the generally western and the generally northern boundaries of that city, generally northerly and generally easterly, part of the generally northern boundary of Port Stephens Council, gazetted 13th November 1970, generally easterly to Ten Mile Road; by that road, generally south-easterly, Pacific Highway and Adelaide Street (Raymond Terrace), generally south-westerly and William Bailey Street and Seaham Road, north-westerly to Williams River; by that river, downwards to the generally southeastern boundary of Maitland City Council; by that boundary, generally south-westerly and the generally southern boundary of that city, aforesaid, generally westerly to the point of commencement.
