Commencing at the junction of Epping Road and Pittwater Road: and bounded thence by the latter road, southerly, Magdala Road, north-westerly, Cressy Road, a line across Kittys Creek, again Cressy Road, south-westerly, Twin Road, north-westerly, Badajoz Road, south-westerly, Quarry Road, north-westerly, Niara Street and Aitchandar Road, southwesterly, Buffalo Road, north-westerly and Princes Street and its prolongation generally south-westerly to the mean low water mark of the left bank of Parramatta River; by that mean low water mark downwards to the mouth of Tarban Creek; by a line northerly across that creek; again by the mean low water mark of the left bank of Parramatta River downwards and the mean low water mark of the right bank of Lane Cove River upwards to Onion Point; by a line easterly to the mean low water mark of the left bank of Lane Cove River; by that mean low water mark and the mean low water mark of the left bank of Parramatta River, aforesaid, downwards to the generally western boundary of North Sydney Council, gazetted 16th May 1941; by part of that boundary generally north-easterly to North Shore Railway; by that railway generally north-westerly to the north-eastern prolongation of Broughton Road; by that prolongation, road and its prolongation south-westerly, Gore Hill Freeway westerly, Longueville Road and Epping Road, aforesaid, generally westerly, Centennial Avenue, Greenlands Road and Greville Street and its prolongation, generally northerly to Blue Gum Creek; by that creek, downwards and Lane Cove River and Porters Creek, upwards to Wicks Road; by that road, south-westerly and Epping Road, aforesaid, south-easterly, to the point of commencement.
