Commencing at the intersection of the eastern prolongation of Elliotts Road and the mean low water mark of the shore of South Pacific Ocean: and bounded thence by that by that prolongation and road, westerly, the Princes Highway, generally southerly, Southern Freeway, generally south-westerly to the Illawarra Railway; by that railway, generally south-westerly, the Mount Kembla Coal Company’s railway north-westerly to again, Princes Highway; by that highway, north-easterly and Cordeaux Road, generally north-westerly to the southern prolongation of the eastern boundary of Lot 3, DP 867936; by that prolongation, boundary and its prolongation northerly to American Creek; by that creek, downwards and Brandy and Water Creek, upwards to Harry Graham Drive; by that drive and again, Cordeaux Road, generally south-westerly to the Dapto Sydney South Transmission Line; by that transmission line, south-westerly to Moss Vale Unanderra Railway; by that railway, generally south-westerly to Fire Road No 15A; by that road and Fire Road No 15, generally north-westerly to Flying Fox No 3 Creek; by that creek downwards and the south-eastern arm of Lake Avon, generally north-westerly to the generally north-western boundary of Wollongong City, gazetted 12th September 1947; by part of that boundary, generally north-easterly to Lake Cataract; by the southern arm of that lake, generally south-easterly, Bellambi Creek, upwards to Mount Ousley Road; by that road, generally northerly to the western prolongation of the northern boundary of Lot 2, DP 1046069; by that prolongation, boundary and eastern boundary of that lot, easterly and southerly, the generally south-eastern boundary of Lot 1, DP 255282, generally north-easterly, the generally southern boundary of Lot 50, DP 1045297, generally easterly, part of the southern boundary of DP 228539, easterly to an unnamed creek to the north-east of Corrie Road; by that creek, downwards to the western boundary of Lot 1, DP 45840; by part of that boundary and part of the northern boundary of that lot, northerly and easterly to Dumbrell Road; by that road, generally easterly, Princes Highway, generally north-easterly, Station Street and its prolongation, easterly to the Illawarra Railway; by that railway, southerly to Whartons Creek; by that creek, downwards to the mean low water mark of the shore of South Pacific Ocean, aforesaid, (except at the entrance of any river, creek or inlet of the sea where the boundary shall be a straight line connecting two points on the shore opposite the outermost headlands at the entrance of any such river, creek or inlet of the sea); by that mean low water mark, generally southerly to the point of commencement (inclusive of all islands lying off the coast of the district above defined).
