Commencing at the mean low water mark of the shore of South Pacific Ocean at Port Hacking Point at the southern entrance to Port Hacking: and bounded thence by the mean low water mark of the generally southern shore of Port Hacking generally westerly to Costens Point; by a line south-westerly across the entrance to South West Arm, to Grahams Point; again by the mean low water mark of the generally southern shore of Port Hacking and the mean low water mark of the right bank of Hacking River, upwards to a generally eastern boundary of Royal National Park; by that boundary, northerly, the southern and western boundaries of Grays Point Primary School, westerly and northerly, the southern and eastern boundaries of Grays Point Oval, easterly and northerly, again, part of a generally eastern boundary of Royal National Park, generally northerly to Savilles Creek; by that creek upwards to the southern prolongation of Acacia Road; by that prolongation, road and its prolongation and Acacia Road North northerly and The Boulevarde and its prolongation westerly to Illawarra Railway; by that railway generally south-westerly to the eastern prolongation of the southern boundary of Lot 7065, DP 1027170; by that prolongation, boundary and its prolongation, westerly to the right bank of Loftus Creek; by that bank, downwards and the right bank of Woronora River upwards to Heathcote Road; by that road generally north-westerly to the eastern prolongation of the generally southernmost southern boundary of Liverpool City, gazetted 30th March 1984; by that prolongation and part of that boundary westerly, the generally eastern and part of the generally southern boundaries of the City of Campbelltown, Local Government Act, 1948 (in part Williams Creek), generally southerly and generally westerly to O’Hares Creek; by that creek, upwards to the generally western boundary of Wollongong City, gazetted 12th September 1947; by part of that boundary, generally southerly to Lake Cataract; by the northern arm of that lake, generally westerly and the southern arm of that lake, generally south-easterly, Bellambi Creek, upwards to Mount Ousley Road; by that road, generally northerly to the eastern prolongation of the northern boundary of Lot 2, DP 1046069; by that prolongation, boundary and western boundary of that lot, easterly and southerly, the generally south-eastern boundary of Lot 1, DP 255282, generally north-easterly, the generally southern boundary of Lot 50, DP 1045297, generally easterly, part of the southern boundary of DP 228539, easterly to an unnamed creek to the north-east of Corrie Road; by that creek, downwards to the western boundary of Lot 1, DP 45840; by part of that boundary and part of the northern boundary of that lot, northerly and easterly to Dumbrell Road; by that road, generally easterly, Princes Highway, generally north-easterly, Station Street and its prolongation, easterly to the Illawarra Railway; by that railway, southerly to Whartons Creek; by that creek, downwards to the mean low water mark of the shore of South Pacific Ocean, aforesaid, and by that mean low water mark (except at the entrance of any river, creek or inlet of the sea where the boundary shall be a straight line connecting two points on the shore opposite the outermost headlands at the entrance of any such river, creek or inlet of the set) generally north-easterly to the point of commencement (inclusive of all islands lying off the coast of the district above defined).
