Commencing at the mean low water mark of the northern shore of Broken Bay at Box Head: and bounded thence by a line south-westerly across that bay to the mean low water mark of the generally southern shore of that bay at Barrenjoey Head; by that mean low water mark generally westerly to its western extremity and by a line westerly to West Head; again by that low water mark generally westerly to Challenger Head; by a line north-easterly to the centre of Hawkesbury River; by that river, upwards to the generally north-western boundary of Gosford City Council, gazetted 30th November 2001; by that boundary and the generally north-eastern boundary of that council, generally north-easterly and generally south-easterly to the Sydney Newcastle Freeway; by that freeway, generally south-westerly, Reeves Road, generally south-easterly to the northern prolongation of the western boundary of Lot 221, DP 815439; by that prolongation, boundary and the western boundary of Lot 1, DP 104190, southerly, the western and part of the southern boundaries of Lot 180, DP 514411, southerly and easterly, the western and southern boundaries of Lot 7, DP 3944 and its prolongation, southerly and easterly to Dell Road; by that road and its prolongation, easterly to Narara Creek; by that creek, upwards to the south-eastern prolongation of the north-eastern boundary of Lot 2, DP 527553; by that prolongation, south-easterly to the Main Northern Railway; by that railway, generally south-westerly to the western prolongation of Glennie Street; by that prolongation, street, and its continuation, generally easterly, Bradys Gully Road and its prolongation, generally south-easterly, the north-western prolongation of Clyde Road and that road, generally south-easterly, Carlton Road, generally southerly, The Entrance Road, generally south-westerly, Hammersmith Road and its prolongation, westerly to Erina Creek; by that creek, downwards to the northern prolongation of Pateman Road; by that prolongation, southerly, again, The Entrance Road, generally westerly to the generally mean low water mark of the northern shore of Brisbane Water; by that mean low water mark and the generally mean low water mark of the eastern shore, generally easterly and generally southerly to Veteran Hall Wharf; by a line, southeasterly to the generally mean low water mark of the western shore of Rileys Island; by that mean low water mark, a line, the generally mean low water mark of the western shore of St Huberts Island and a line, generally south-easterly to Daleys Point on the generally mean low water mark of the eastern shore of Brisbane Water, aforesaid; by that mean low water mark, generally south-easterly and generally south-westerly and the mean low water mark of the generally northern shore of Broken Bay, aforesaid, generally south-easterly to the point of commencement.
