Commencing at the intersection of the eastern prolongation of the northern boundary of Lot 7007, DP1055535 and the mean low water mark of the South Pacific Ocean: and bounded thence by that prolongation, boundary, and the northern boundary of Lot 350, DP703698 and its prolongation, westerly to Pacific Highway; by that highway and Eggins Drive, generally south-westerly, Sherwood Creek Road, generally westerly to the generally south-eastern boundary of Clarence Valley Council, gazetted 25th February 2004; by part of that boundary, generally south-westerly, the generally eastern boundary of Lot 533, DP 255168, generally southerly, the generally south-eastern boundary of Lot 532, DP 255168, generally south-westerly, again, part of the generally north-western boundary of Coffs Harbour City Council, generally south-westerly, the generally south-western boundary of that council, generally south-easterly to the Pacific Highway; by that highway, generally south-westerly to the Bellinger River; by that river, upwards to the northern prolongation of the eastern boundary road of Lot 401, DP 1042652; by that road, southerly, Sweedmans Lane and Sweedmans Trail, generally south-westerly, Kennedys Trail, generally south-easterly, an unnamed trail, generally westerly and Twin Pines Road and its prolongation, generally south-easterly to the Kalang River; by that river and its southern arm, downwards to the western prolongation of the southern boundary of Lot PT26, DP 755552; by part of that boundary, easterly to the Pacific Highway, aforesaid; by that highway, generally south-easterly, Hungry Head Road, generally north-easterly, to the North Coast Railway; by that railway, south-easterly to the western prolongation of the southern boundary of Lot 102, DP 755552; by that prolongation, boundary and its prolongation, easterly to the mean low water mark of the South Pacific Ocean, aforesaid, and by that low water mark x(except at the entrance of any river, creek or inlet of the sea where the boundary shall be a straight line connecting two points on the shore opposite the outermost headlands at the entrance of any such river, creek or inlet of the sea) generally northeasterly to the point of commencement (inclusive of all islands lying off the coast of the district above defined).
