Commencing at the intersection of the generally north-eastern boundary of Eurobodalla Shire, gazetted 22nd November1996 and the mean low water mark of the shore of the South Pacific Ocean: and bounded thence by that boundary, generally north-westerly, part of the generally south-eastern boundary of Eastern Capital City Regional Council, gazetted 11th February 2004, generally south-westerly and part of the generally eastern boundary of Cooma-Monaro Shire, gazetted 11th February 2004, generally southerly to the generally south-western boundary of Wadbilliga National Park; by that boundary generally south-easterly and part of the generally southern boundary of that park generally easterly to Yankees Gap Road; by that road generally easterly to the northern prolongation of the western boundary of Portion 118, Parish of Ooranook, County of Auckland; by that prolongation southerly to a generally south-western boundary of South East Forest National Park; by part of that boundary generally south-easterly to Bemboka Peak Trail; by that trail, Numbugga Walls Trail and Polacks Flat Trail generally southerly, Snowy Mountains Highway westerly to Bemboka River; by that river downwards, an unnamed south-western tributary flowing south east of Lot 7001, DP1068664, upwards to West Kameruka Road; by that road, generally south-easterly, Niagara Lane generally south-westerly, Mogilla Road and Filmer Williams Road, generally westerly, Blackwood Road and Postmans Track, generally south-westerly, to the generally western boundary of Bega Valley Shire Council, gazetted Local Government Act 110, 1980, by part of that boundary, generally southerly, to the border between the States of New South Wales and Victoria, by that border, south-easterly to the mean low water mark of the South Pacific Ocean, aforesaid; by that mean low water mark (except at the entrance of any river, creek or inlet of the sea where the boundary shall be a straight line connecting two points on the shore opposite the outermost headlands at the entrance of any such river, creek or inlet of the sea) generally north-easterly to the point of commencement (inclusive of all islands lying off the coast of the district above defined).
