Commencing at the confluence of Georges River and Prospect Creek: and bounded thence by that creek upwards to Liverpool Road; by that road, generally south-easterly, Hector Street, northerly, Palmer Street, easterly, Rose Street, southerly, Ferrier Road, Brunker Road and Rawson Road, generally easterly and Roberts Road, southerly to the western prolongation of the northern boundary of Lot 12, DP 1004336; by that prolongation, boundary and the northernmost northern boundary of Lot 13, DP 1004336, easterly, part of the eastern boundary of Lot 4, DP 835847, northerly to Drone Street; by that street easterly, Wentworth Street and a northern prolongation northerly to the Campsie-Rookwood Railway; by that railway south-easterly to Punchbowl Road; by that road, Koala Road, again Punchbowl Road and Canterbury Road generally southwesterly and westerly, Chapel Road north-easterly, Eldridge Road westerly, Northam Avenue generally north-easterly, Shenton Avenue north-westerly, Oxford Avenue northerly and Marion Street generally westerly, to the generally northern boundary of Lot 1, DP 1046502; by part of that boundary generally north-westerly and generally south-westerly to Rabaul Road; by that road and its prolongation westerly to the Georges River, aforesaid; by that river upwards to the point of commencement.
