  • Personal information (eg photographs of people that may be approved for use in NSW Electoral Commission publishing only).

  • Images, photographs, cinematographic film and music.

  • any material on this website that expressly states to be published subject to specified conditions other than the CCA License.

  • Any material hosted on a different site (note that in some cases we provide links on this site to material on another website).

  • Source codes belonging to the NSW Electoral Commission or third parties that are used on this website or a different site that facilitates the functions and services of the NSW Electoral Commission eg all sources codes and software relating to technology assisted voting.
